2. Eligibility

To use ClickReach, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have authority to act on behalf of a salon or business
Use the platform only for lawful, commercial purposes

3. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete registration details
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
Send spam or upload malicious software
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Violate WhatsApp's business policies

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

5. Pricing & Payment

Some services are subject to subscription fees. Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and may include VAT.

Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled
Payments are due on the specified billing date
Late or failed payments may result in suspended access

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content and software are owned by ClickReach or its licensors. You may not:

Copy, distribute, or modify content
Reverse engineer any part of the platform
Use ClickReach branding without permission

7. Third-Party Services

ClickReach integrates with third-party platforms including:

WhatsApp Business
Google Analytics
Cloud service providers

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures or actions.

8. Data Privacy & Protection

ClickReach complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to this processing.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, ClickReach does not guarantee continuous uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience outages due to technical reasons.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Engage in abuse or fraud
Remain inactive for extended periods

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted according to our retention policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
